Terms & Conditions

1. The applicant should read and understand the policies,procedures,code of ethics, products and the business opportunity
2. Any Individual who is 18 years of age and residing in India is enabling to become a Business Associate
3. The Business Associate hereby agrees and abides the rules and regulations of Pentagold Trading., herein after referred as the Company
4. The Business Associate shall disclose true and fair data and fill the columns mentioned in the application
5. The Business Associate is an independent contractor and there is no Agency or Employment Relationship between the Business Associate and the Company. The Business Associate shall not act or take motto decisions on behalf of the Company nor shall not violate, deviate from the forms, procedures, rules and regulations of the Company
6. The Business Associate should not indulge in any act which adversely affects the business interest of the Company and may result in termination of his Business Association with the Company. The Termination will be at the sole discretion of the Company
7. The Company reserves all rights to accept or reject any such application without assigning any reasons and notice to the Applicant
8. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in the Marketing plan due to circumstances beyond it’s control. This includes, without limitations, strikes , labour problems, riot, war, fire, natural perils, government decrees or orders
9. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, related to, its kits/products or services supplied
10. The Business Associate shall promote and sell the products of the company on his/her own efforts and expenses within the rules and conditions of the Company for such promotion and sale of the products
11. Transport Cost as applicable for all products. All Courier / Postal Expenses are to be borne by the Business Associates
12. The Company shall pay all the Incenetives on Every Wednesday after deducting the Statutory Deductions such as Service Charge and Income Tax Deduction at Source(ITDS) or any other statutory deduction as prescribed by the Govt will be deducted from the Commissions
13. Every Business Associate shall promote his/her sales by own effort on his or her own business. The Company shall not pay him or her any expense incurred towards business promotions
14. The Payment made by the Business Associate is only for purchasing product and never be consider as deposit,or advance or investment. The Amount is not refundable in any circumstances
15. The Company reserves its right to amend, modify, delete or vary the above terms and conditions with due notice to every Business Associate. The Company reserves all right to suspend / terminate any Business Associate is found in any anti-company activity
16. The Company will not send any individual circular or information to any Business Associates
